I had one provider just interrogate me for two days straight. I finally told her just forget it. She wanted drivers license picture business cards of where I worked just countless questions and you know a provider like that is not gonna be any fun when they interrogate the living shit out of you for two days. I told her just forget it never mind. Originally Posted by Dick Diamond

Hell lets get back to talking on the phone , can tell a lot about the person you are talking to.. Just call .. Originally Posted by LustyBustyGina38FF

I feel it may be just the younger providers who askRight? A lost art, I suppose.

Yeah if she has access to some Facial Recognition Software, which you can buy. It's not just FBI level stuff anymore. With so many scams FT lease make it high probability she not 90 years older than photos that she kissable. It not end all be all and providers with attitudes especially on in hotels it best bet just avoid. Avoid and thing off. Just avoid p411 a bunch of fake high end that have to pay just view. Originally Posted by RipmanyWhile I'm sure some of the providers photos are fake, not all are. I've only had to block one person from P411, because he asked for BBFS.
Right? A lost art, I suppose. It's universal at this point. When I interview younger candidates, I always ask myself how they graduated from high school. It's unbelievable the nonchalant attitude and acting like they are doing you a favor by being there.
At our firm we require a battery of skills testing before hiring select positions. Part of the basic package, together with MS Suite, et al, is incoming phone call simulations, the skills at which, we find, are shockingly low among younger candidates.
I wonder what would really happen in the world if we learned to speak to one another again, and kindly at that. Originally Posted by GutterFund

I know that's difficult. I find, though, that it makes the contrast even more clear with those who are humble and honorable and hardworking. Awhile back, I spoke with a young lady about a job and she told me, "I expect to start at the bottom and as soon as I consistently add enough value to earn a promotion, I'd like to be a candidate for it." You won't be surprised to learn she started adding value to the organizations within only a few months. She never mentioned a promotion, just showed up early, stayed late, and worked hard. Giving her that promotion gave us great joy and it made her cry tears of happiness. You're right. I was lucky enough to find two of them that work hard; show up early; work late; and sometimes on weekends. This is where the "golden handcuffs" come into play. The young lady that I hired three years ago was fresh out of high school. She started with clerical work and worked her way up to account manager. However, she's now attending a university, and I'm worried I might lose her when she's completed her program. So, I'm working hard at using the "golden handcuffs" to keep her.
I'm sorry you--and we--have to deal with it. But it makes the gems shine more brilliantly.
