Scam or Legit? Oil change

Also consider buying your oil and filter online. You can save some bucks getting your Mobil 1 online versus some shop.

Sounds like something designed for stupid, lazy, MuthaFkers,
I wouldn't take a German car if it was free.

I learned early on to never go to places like brake check and jiffy lube. The one time I went to get my brakes done at brake check and they ended up hammering my control arm causing it to be damaged. I ended up having to replace that part and some other (even though it was their fault). I still don't know why that was even necessary! Bunch of incompetent donkeys. Originally Posted by lynx23

that using a family members Lexus mostly
was more convenient.
Or someone can't afford to drive that German crap.
Your German car must not
be that adored when you keep grabbing the
Toyota= Lexus has Toyota motor.
TOYOTA HAS THE LAST LAUGH!!!!!
The entertainment is free
Bragging rights cancelled as usual

No European vehicle is ever purchased for ease and cost of maintenance!

I traded my German SUV in and bought American. It's higher up from the ground and thanks for reminding me to make an appointment for an oil change. Originally Posted by R.M.

Only time I drove a Lexus was to keep the Battery good, for my brother when he was under Medical Care and could not drive his car and had to take him to his Dr. Appt, he over 6ft tall and fits in his SUV better then my sport's car..
But that was over 2-3 years ago..

I have 44k mils on my German Car drive it every day and will take it over any TOY car!

I'm enjoying my American made SUV currently. I like that I can receive a tax credit on it.
Maintenance is more reasonable too.
You can't go wrong with a Toyota though.
Have owned American vehicles all but one Mitsubishi Mighty Max truck back in the 80's

Nothing against foreign cars but I like the size of full sized American vehicles. Currently I drive a 2012 F-150 truck I inherited from my late father that has not topped 80k in mileage.

Only thing about my oil changes (I do them myself) is truck holds 7.7 quarts as it has a tow package which means it has an oil cooler as well as a transmission cooler so when I buy oil I get 8 quarts (yes it holds it all and 3/10's of a quart more won't hurt it)

Toyotas are hard to beat, take care of them & 500k of miles is not unheard off.

Heh,
This thread is entertaining.
ECG used to have a Vette. I showed the guy out in west Kansas at the truck shop there how to. His shop owner gave him a raise cause a bunch of other farmer and cattlemen's SO's cars started coming in also.
Alas, ECG now drives a 2024 350 series pickup (her second one). She wants to add Bull Bars on the front of that so she can push Kansas City idiots out of the way. Not going to get her that, cause she would.
