He's got venous insufficiency. That can be die to lots of stuff but usually a bum ticket and peripheral vascular disease due to diet and hereditary issues. Plus his 5x cognitive tests over the last year. Something's up. Bruised up hands and swollen cankles....he's likely on lasix or to make him piss out the extra liquid. The sad thing forAGA IS that is a no win situation. It will get worse and worse and ultimately you'll see pneumonia and other issues.
