I would like to think I am a LIBRARY.

I'd like to add a couple of categories:I love this thread. Intriguing responses. Also like the additional categories from wheretonow. I find that I'm surrounded by all sorts of books that keep me interested about life.
The Coloring Book - you get to choose the colors and participate in the outcome, but you need to try to say inside the lines...
The Journal - you get to write your own story with or without anyone else's participation. Just try to make it memorable for you, and feel free to plagiarize. Originally Posted by Wheretonow

Most well written and enlightening books are much more patient than the average book and don't give up on the reader who has overlooked them at first glance.Perfectly stated, Miss Sophia! The wonderful thing about re-reading a book is all the nuances one tends to miss on the first reading. And when reading a new book together, both readers often realize there is a surprise ending neither could have expected or even imagined when browsing titles.
It is nice to pick a book back up and realize there is much more to it than one first assumed. Books like that set the bar for all the others that may try to be noticed as a masterpiece and give the reader a higher level of expectations in the future.
