It has to be a case by case decision, it's your body, your money, and your business. Just be safe and aware that these things often need to be re-worked every few years. You can go bigger later a lot easier than you can go smaller later (I would imagine).

I don't like fake boobs. They almost never look right and more importantly, they don't feel right. They're like toupees: they don't look good, don't feel good and in almost every case, a person looks way better without them.

I don't think anyone can turn away a great pair of all natural breast. But I have seen some man mades that can give them a run for there money. For some reason I find with man mades they are one extreme or the other. Either spectacular or motionless orbs.

Don't touch them. They are just fine.
