I've been watching this thread with curiosity for a few reasons. Time to jump in and comment. I find it an interesting, complex OP.
First, I am sorry your real life info was outed. That is never a good thing. But it was partially a self inflicted wound since you gave it out to ladies you did not know. I have not given my real info out to any lady before establishing a level of trust with her, usually over a number of meetings. You want to see someone who wants your name, that is knowingly putting yourself at risk. Again, I am sorry it happened but do it often enough and you should not be shocked.
Second, in both cases there seems there was blaime on both sides. Personally I too would have ended the first one as soon as I knew why she went to the bathroom. The problem is you don't give any indication that (1) you researched her for this issue at all, or (2) you discussed with her that it was an unacceptavle practice during your date. So, when it happens and you decide to end things, I would say you do owe her.
The second lady it was an unfortunate situation, but she is somewhat screwed by the timimg. Her period started 40 min before she arrived, so she either CX near-last-minute and you get upset, of she shows up and you get upset.
In both cases--based upon the level of anger you're showing here--I suspect you reacted angrily then too. Had you offered a small buy out at the time, in a polite way, I suspect things may have ended differently. Especially in case #2. But if you went on a tirade of name calling as you did here, I can see how it went down hill fast.
But the real thing I find interesting is what do you think your law suit will achieve? "Dear jury, I met these two women and renaged on the financial deal I had with them. I walked out without paying either of them for time I had contracted for. I admit that. But now they wrote true statements about me on the web, using information I freely gave them. But now I want to ruin the web page owner because I was dumb (gave the women my name) and did not do prudent research before hiering them."
And you think judge who wants to get reelected, or a jury with a few bible thumpers on it will smile and say "poor boy, we find in your favor for several million dollards"????? I am afraid I think you are living in a fantasy world and the only result is you will have your name and photo--with some unsavory details about sex trafficing--on the front page of your local paper.

A hobby name and a hobby phone would would have kept this from happening. Your fault for not playing smart and now you have to deal with it. I would suggest changing your number and claiming it was someone with the same name. That should stop people that don't know about it already linking it to you.

NBL I dont even trust anyways because of the fact that they dont ask any screening information which means anyone could be on there which means its not really safe and or reliable... There are some clients on there that I have seen plenty of times on there for shit that would seem impossible for them to do ijs

I can't remember the last time someone has asked for my full name. I have history on this website, amoung others. I have great references if needed. And a few other important keys like p411. I'm not sure that I would give my full name except maybe to someone who is RS2K listed. And even then I would have my homework finished and turned in first and know who I was dealing with. Sounds like the OP made a couple of decisions in haste and it cost him in more ways than one.

A true professional does have a name. It might not be real, but it is in this world. If they want reviews and a reputation they stay with that name. We change our fake name every meeting. Frankly, I prefer providers that require a bit more work to see and are on the pricier side. Because it means they are a season professional and are worth what the charge. Aka= Creating Vaule
Either way I didn't post here to focus on the PROBLEM. I can't change what happened I stated the problem because I thought it would get me a more accelerate precise SOLUTION. I know what I did wrong, I know what my faults, I know I deserved a big portion of what of the consequence. I know I was angry at the time. I know I did protect myself. I'm not disagreeing with any of it. You girls are entitled to your opinion I respect that. I'm not justifying every little red flags you see in my writings. I did not want to write this post. I didn't want this to be a big waste of and completely frustrated by this. My motive were not to rant and rave. They were to find a SOLUTION.
I just want my name off that list.
I've done my time. My jail sentence is over. The consequence has achieved it's purpose. I've paid those girls each double the original donation. I've made it right with both of them, so they edited the content. That did no good because my name is still associated to a blacklist pertaining to prostitution. I've tried talking to the website owners. Their response is- the only way the will is if I take them to court knowing full well no guy would ever do it because it makes everything worse and becomes public record. I don't want to go to court but I have no other solution a t this point.
