I have had times where a appt ask for extra time, and to me its a bird in the hand. But whatever, I text or do what I can to cancel my next appt so it doesn't intercept. I do understand BP clients. I know that many are full of it, but I never been attacked so I am very sorry that happened to you. All you can do is start over and try not to do it again. And let this thread die down, you will be just fine

Your last sentence though does pertain to the thread however id have to say that at this point the provider doesn't seem to concerned about it.
