When hobbyists post reviews on women, we never mention their non-provider name. We also only post the contact information provided in their ads & profiles.

When I got screened by PC (pre-P411), my client acct incorporated the last four digits of any photo id. If a provider ever wishes to verify I am that P411 handle, she will see my real name if I ever forget to cover part of my ID.

I doubt that many men in DFW share the same given name as I do.

I find this topic odd in that it was started by an L1 provider only. If she is having a hard time, I cannot fathom what some of the full service providers have gone through. Perhaps SweetNoelle should get with some of the veterans here who provide full service and learn from their secrets. I am not being an asshole, but we are talking about a massage and release. SweetNoelle is thought of very nice in this forum. Think about some of our veterans we all love. They have managed to stay around for quite a long time and I am sure they have had a few idiots, but in the grand scheme of things they are part of this community and they survived. Just my thoughts. I could care less if I was reviewed. I am not full service and always a gentleman.

I think Sweet Noelle is in the wrong profession here. She really sounds like she is here to find a SO while getting paid for it.

As a provider you shouldn't be concerned if the hobbysist ugly, bit overweight, has a small dick , couldn't give you a big O etc.
You should only be concerned about him being excessively rude, abusive, dangerous, unhygeniec, cheating you off your payment. Any of these genuine concerns are worth an alert and eccie has provided an alerts section just for this purpose. If you think the problem is not worth an alert you have the ladies section to pass such info to fellow providers.

Would you like some providers to assert what you should be concerned with or would you rather decide that for yourself? I nominate this as the "Single most stupid thread of 2010", now, who is with me? I was on aspd for a very long time and yes, providers do have access to BCD comments. Some on that site had actual handles and harassed guys even in the Locker Room, such is life. If a provider here is not getting good enough intel. about the guys from the provided references, then stop seeing those guys. Some of us are worthless fat, smelly assholes. Maybe that will help us to improve ourselves. There are guys posting on this thread that are on providers "do not see lists". You know who you guys are, you're the same guys that are assholes and damn rude even to us hobbyists. Can't imagine how you asswipes treat a woman when you're forking out cold hard cash. My point is, there should be countless ways to get around to getting intel. on how worthless we are before you see us. No need to make it public and embarass some in the group. Now what about when we just don't click? I've seen countless ladies that I failed to see again because it just wasn't there. I can only imagine the drama that would bring into the hobby.
Bottom line, it's a plain outright dumb idea for countless reasons. No wonder it has never taken off before.

I think the gentleman was describing what he (and many others) consider a reasonable business model for a female sexual service provider, and one they would like to encourage. That is to say that as long as a customer is clean and fairly courteous (he doesn't have to be charming) he should expect decent sexual service in return for paying the lady's price. And that would include being treated as if the provider were actually glad to see him, if that seemed to matter to him at all.

There are a lot of women who operate that way. They tend to be not-so-flamboyant, consistent and dependable, and enjoy a loyal customer base. Not a bad way to be, at all. [They would also tend not to be interested in "reviewing" their clients...it would strike them as indiscrete.]

But you are correct -- while there are "norms" here (more or less), it is a completely unregulated, freelance enterprise. Some folks find that frustrating, but it's true.

Ok, I hear the feedback loud and clear that public reviews of hobbyists is about as popular an idea as raising taxes. I get it - lots of potential for drama fueled by insecurity, nefarious agendas, etc., etc., etc..

I still think the idea of a private hobbyist review section accessible only by verified providers is a great idea. It would provide structure to the feedback that is currently free-form in the existing ladies-only section. If done right, it could accelerate screening and increase the chance of last-minute connections, which I'm all for. There are a couple of very fine providers in this community that I think everyone would be happy to support as moderators to ensure privacy, integrity, etc..

Ok, that's it for me. I've expressed my $0.02 and will move on.

Discretion is critical to being a good provider. I totally understand the need for some qualifying info, and the proper channel for this should be client screening processes. Maybe even some more descriptive comments in the ladies' powder room is acceptable. I can empathize with the OP's concerns.

But, signals of indiscretion from providers will likely result in a significant decrease in volume from higher quality customers, I believe. Many of us have real world, personal lives that require a high level of trust and discretion from our providers. As another poster said, this is not a dating site.

I don't think Noelle is out of line asking for this because I don't think she understands completely the significance of the downside of reviews for the clients.
For all those guys who say they wouldn't mind the reviews ,will you think the same if the lady posts less than positive comments about you.Maybe you thought the session went great and you were the greatest thing ever.Then find out that you had lackluster performance and appearance in her opinion.Thats the gist of it,we the clients would be subject to their opinions and we all know that every persons are different.
The main purpose of the reviews by us men are to comment on the ladies performance in a session we have paid for.Again a paid for service.We are reviewing that.In my opinion most the reviews posted for the women are positive and work as extra advertising for them.Some men may make comments that are uncalled for but in the overall scheme of things the positive far outweigh the bad.
But having the ladies review us the clients for all to see would never ,ever be a good thing.Just a small reference to something that wasn't quite as expected in a session could lead to ridicule by the other members here.

So all your fetishes and quirks and possible inadequacies would be known to all? I find that very hard to believe.

As far as all my fetishes, quirks, and inadequacies, I have no issue with that being reported in an open forum if the provider thinks it's newsworthy because this is a make-believe world. In the real world, you also pay for services but you also have a credit score assigned to you by the businesses that you deal with. If you fuck up, it hurts you. Are you against the idea of a 'hobby score' that is assigned to you by the verified service providers that you deal with? There are some real douche bags in our hobby community and the easier we make it for providers to filter them out, the better it gets for the rest of us, IMHO. I don't know the answers, I'm just asking. Eccie is a really cool place and we have the opportunity to use it to elevate the whole experience to a higher level, just like we did when the Internet became available.
