Jen - I don't pretend to know how the "admistrative" powers that be on ECCIE operate but under the circumstances you should b able to petition ECCiE to have this review removed and this cretin banned. You would certianly have the virtual unanimous backing by the Upstate crowd. Although we've never met based upon the other reviews and the comments I think there's no question who is in the wrong here.
