If I were to guess, the poor are going to take it in the ass, as usual, and the policies they get from the government will likely be as worthless as the piece of paper it is written on, so don't drop your current insurance yet. As they said, we'll have to wait to see what's in it, but it will get interesting real quick if 50% of the population doesn't buy insurance.
