Sorry, I don't see the problem with outing Gun Permit Holders
Once again Whatzup proves that he is the stupidest poster around bar none. We believe pretty strongly in the tenth amendment and the fifth. The second protects the others.

Assup, what was the point of bringing up the 10 Commandments? LOL! Your delusions are getting out of control, man! Seek help!

Publish anything you want, but 99.999% of the population is too lazy or stupid to check. When was the last time these same pro-publish people checked to see how many child molesters live in their neighborhood? Probably never!
How many times have you looked to see what the offense was that required a person to register as a sex offender??
Exposing is often little more than urinating in public. What a danger to society.
This is a part of the problem with the government collecting information on people that should be completely private. Just because the government has involved themselves in something does not automatically give it the right to share that information with others.
Personally, my concealed carry permit is the 2nd amendment to the Constitution.
What does it matter? Public records are just that, public, and should remain so. Just like campaign finance reports, for example.
This is yet another ridiculous argument.
People who are complying with the law, such as registering their guns, filing their income taxes (which is a clear violation of the 5th Amendment, but that is another thread) should have a reasonable expectation that their information will remain private, pursuant to the 4th Amendment.
Criminals do not have that expectation, particularly sex offenders, who remain a continuing threat to society. However, most criminals have methods of having their records expunged, after a prescribed waiting period and proof that they have amended their ways and have become law abiding citizens, at which point their past would once again become private.
In this case, the law in the OP is clearly wrong, and only serves to promote the anti-gun agenda. It should be repealed.
Campaign finance laws fall in a different category altogether. The public has a right to know who is trying to buy influence with candidates running for public office. The best campaign finance reform would be real time disclosure of all donations to political candidates.
You mutherfuckers on this board are why no one listens to either side.
I don't even read what lefty posters say anymore. Both sides throw shit, I just happen to like what the righties throw better. I don't even read you lefty posters anymore. What's the point? Funny part is.... You apparently still read mine. Hahahahaha
Oh and even though anyone, at any time, could go find these records, it was very impolite to post them without permission. Think of all the retired cops that are exposed now. Not everyone is like me.... Excited someone threw out some bait so I can site in on a moving target.
Take it away progressives!!!!!!!
If I need a chuckle yours are there for amusement ...
How about they print the names and addresses of everybody in the state who has been convicted of a violent crime and is now out on parole or has finished their sentence?
From which group do you think we might find the most dangerous neighbors?
People who own a gun and have a concealed weapons permit? Or people who have already committed and have been convicted of committing a violent crime, and are now out on parole living free in the local community?
Why so many theories.
Public records are public records. Why such stupid responses (other than the obvious reasons?)
Why print real estate permits, bids and bankruptcies in the paper? It's the fucking law. Why not whine about something else...
Oh yeah, you are!
WAAAA! WAAAHHH! WAAAHHH!
