cancel appointments

This wont be the last time it happens to you, in this hobby its not uncommon. Is it right? Nope but it'll happen......best thing to do is say fuck it and move on.

I'd feel horrible if i had to cancel, but sometimes shit just happens.

I make my living personal training people, so when they cancel late I can't replace that appointment. I normally charge them if they cancel the same day. I understand shit happens, and try to take it in stride, and for the most part waive my policy if something major truly did happen. I realize that providers generally don't have the same means to do that, but if you like a provider offering to hook her up a little more the next time you see her definitely wouldn't hurt.

Sorry you had such a bad experience .... But most of us understand that some times things happen ... After all it is a hobby not a responsibility ... Lol
