Just think if you get busted wearing a silly disguise. Imagine how THAT would look. What if your wig falls off or the glue holding your moustache slips and it starts looking crooked? A previously casual, passerby who wouldn't have noticed you before now all of a sudden may feel the urge to 'see what you're up to' and may call the cops or hotel security.

The best 'disguise' is to go about NORMALLY like everyone else around you.

On one other note most cities,states etc make it illegal to use a disguise to cover ones identity unless it is Halloween or you are going to a masquerade party.
