yes very true....and i will be receiving a letter in the mail as to where he will be confined and notified when the SOB is released!
50 years. He'll probably do 20 if he is a good boy in the big house. By then he will probably never come back to here. Ole sarge will be waitin fer him.
there is alot more to it. multiple charges of kidnapping. rape, aggrevated sexual assault, coercion and the list goes on....i will be ready to share my story and experience soon.
...not a big poster here, obviously, tend to lurk, mostly, but I want to poke my head up for a moment to offer my respect and congratulations, Sarge.
Rob
Thanks, Rob.
My hat, however, is off to the ladies who had the courage to stand up in a federal courtroom and face this "man". We spent 24 hours over a two day period sitting in court. While he walked out of the courtroom a convicted sex offender, rapist and kidnapper, this is by no means over for the victims we know, nor for for the unidentfied victims that have yet to come forward.
In the meanwhile, take some consolation that our alert section works, that our members here stand up for one another and that the only rape this "man" will see is likely to be the ones perpetrated on him, as an ex cop in prison. (that is NOT a threat, MAJ or CPT defense attorneys, just an observation).
Congratulations to everyone involved that took a stand against this monster. Your courage should be commended and applauded. It probably took a lot to bring your hobby persona into the RW setting of a courtroom. If there were any I hope the physical scars have healed and any emotional scars begin to. If not now hopefully in the very foreseeable future. My hat is off to everyone of you!!!
I'm glad to hear the bast**d is gonna pay! Hope the ladies involved are well! Only in a town like Killeen could this happen! Everyone be safe!
Was there ever any news released here?
ok, sorry, found page 2 and 3...
To answer the question, Miss Gabby got a letter from the Defense Department, confirming my report of his incarceration at Leavenworth USDB,
The letter also confirmed the length of his visit. He will not be eligible for parole until late 2026.
As OP, I am requesting this thread be closed. Leaving the other coed thread on this topic open for now.
