I was 20 and in college (very late bloomer...I was also raised southern baptist and was a book worm)...He was a 25 year old professional guy with much more experience.

Wow, I feel like a late bloomer too! I was 19 and in college. He was 33 and working for my father. I used to work in my dad's office on certain days after class. I would see him from the hallway and give him the side eye as I passed his office. One day, when he was still new, I stopped to drop off a new card key to the parking garage.
