Edit: I just went and looked it up. So they are saying he was fleeing after confronting Martin and therefore self defense. Interesting concept. So was it in fact Martin that was standing his ground when Zimmerman confronted him? And it is the defenses' claim that Martin should have stopped when Zimmerman began to flee? Is this interesting legal concept why we're hearing about this, a local State's Right issue, in detail across the national news ad nausium so that even someone like me, a person with no TV, hears about it. Or is this just another PC mess where the press is making it about race when it's about bad judgments by both parties and some guy acting as a wanna be cop?
