Dear Shayla84

If providers took the time to list every time a client NCNS them, this board would be flooded with these kinds of threads. Thank GOD most of the girls are not whiney lil bitches and just let things go... Originally Posted by kSoze

OTOH, a lot of the ladies "are whiny lil bitches" or at least have valid complaints about business being slow lately and at other times. The TCB, IOP, run it like a business discussion directly relates to that too. I don't know about you, but I repeat when I get good TCB and IOP. Being professional does not guarantee better income, but it avoids problems with not getting good repeat customers.

Finally, though I think F2C probably was out of school doing this to Shayla84 in public, her grace under fire and owning it means I'll call her sooner rather than later. The thread is great because I get to see F2C getting his balz handed to him LOL

THX Austins1hobby, I also appreciate your comments, but I don't feel or think I need a break. Originally Posted by fun2come

Perhaps there are mixed scenarios here: There is a difference between scheduling an appointment then aborting versus waking up one morning without appointments and deciding whether there will be a performance that day. Originally Posted by saustin

To saustin-- absolutely. Sometimes I'm a sloppy writer and my clarity is sub-par, especially when I'm trying to be (a bit) brief. In the first scenario, I was much happier when that was an option for me in an agency set-up. (The cons of agency work are certainly real, but that's another story). But I will openly admit that I found myself doing the second scenario as well and I'm not ashamed to admit it. This is what happens when I chose clarity over brevity...

Provider A: We'll call her JemsDolli. 22, cute enough, B- TCB, good reviews with a full menu (I can't read the juicy parts). Available 7 days a week, rarely more than two appointments a day but sometimes up to five. Sex-positive and honest to God into it mostly for the banging and less so for the green. There's a 1 in 10 chance she might cancel at the last minute, but she'll be upbeat and sincere when she sees you and in a similar mindset when you leave. Active sex life outside of providing.

8am: Alarm goes off, she feels off. The provider hat doesn't fit today so she cancels her two appointments. She might opt to see a fuck-buddy instead who calls her by her Christian name or she might opt to do laundry and read a book.

Provider B: We'll call her Madge. 22, hot, A+ with a gold star TCB, great reviews with a very limited menu. Available 7 days a week, rarely fewer than four appointments a day, sometimes as many as eight. Rates drastically increase just to keep up with demand, menu remains unchanged. She'll greet you at the door with a smile and a glass of cold water and keep things perfectly timed so you don't have a run in with the appointment following yours. When you'll leave she'll sigh a heavy sigh and give herself a pep-talk to put on a smile for the next guy. Inactive sex life outside of providing.

8am: Alarm goes off. She sneaks into bed with Provider A and bitches about how many boys are on the books, especially the one who always smells funny and that other one who is a bit too aggressive. Provider A tries to talk her into a girls' day out, but Provider B sighs and drags her feet to the shower.

***This is the part where we get into the time machine***

Provider A+: Shelf-life of 3 years as regularly active FS provider. Great memories of this place -- time has highlighted the positives and dimmed out the negatives. Booking trips once in a blue moon to see old clients and in contact with a few of her regulars.

Provider B+: Shelf-life of 7 months as a regularly active, FBSM provider. Mostly gross memories of this place -- time has made her fully regret her decision to provide and although the toys purchased were fun for a bit, they've long lost their sparkle. Never, ever mentions the time spent here, would probably throw-up if she ever received contact with a former client. It's a take-to-the-grave secret that we never discuss, even among ourselves.

***

Provider B worked her ass off and probably all of the men here would call her the better provider because of her professionalism, but I don't want to be her. And yes, this is me being selfish by picking my sanity over y'all's convenience, but I'm young, single, and don't owe anything to anyone (except the bank, those student loans are a bitch) so I will do it without shame. Besides, I'm more interested in the boning than the business anyway.

Here is my point of view on this. Fun2come posted on co ed with a no show (bad with my acronyms ) In my mind that is more respectful then what has been suggested, meaning to post in the men’s lounge. He is giving her a voice in this, which is a lot of respect in my book. When he chose to post to close the thread, well when both parties have their say that is the norm? The thread is closed in these circumstances. He did not bash her, just said “HIS” truth. Also has been cool with all of the opinions posted thus far. I don’t know Shayla, but from her posts, always handles herself with dignity. That being said, the “idea” is good to talk about, but to put down either party is wrong, being they both made good points….And great conversation for mutual parties in the future providers/hobbyist for issues to not occur in the future.
I agree Travis. I'm sure the other hobbyist f2c mentioned would and did like that she responded.

Jenns I would prefer a provider that is not greedy and would only see 2-4 clients a day but being a NCNS is not professional at all. At least PM the hobbyist or call after the scheduled time has come and gone to apologize.

I'm sure providers don't like all their clients I've heard horror stories but being professional and courteous is probably the most important meaning of this thread. Now I'm sure hobbyist are NCNS a lot but that's the biz. We are the ones paying to relax and unwind. I personally at least have the courtesy to text call or pm if I will not make it and I follow that with many apologies as well as maybe even offering to pay a little extra when we do finally see each other.

Work hard play harder.
My 2 cents or 12 cents by now lol.
Well, well, I take a couple of days away and the waters roil!!!

First to address the subject of writing a Review. A Review is a tall tale regarding a ficticious assignation between 2 or more people where ACTIVITIES take place. The reason we move Reviews that are NCNS to Coed is 1) No activities took place, and 2) Ladies can't comment in review threads. By moving them here, both parties get a chance to have their say if it is in Coed.

It is also our custom to then close the Thread once both have had their say so a situation like this one doesn't take place. That is everyone choosing up sides and generally Hijacking the Thread for their own purposes. It really doesn't matter if you think that this is or is not the proper way to handle an NCNS. It is an option available for any member who has been NCNS'd.

Oh and BTW, while everyone is being so self righteous and shouting about right and wrong, remember this posting guideline:
#3 - Disrespect to others, IN GENERAL, will be considered an item of low tolerance, especially when posting in our coed forums. Follow the Golden Rule and treat others as you wish to be treated yourself.
And this one:
#4 - Blatant insults or hostility toward another member will be met with staff intervention. This applies to using our coed forums for name calling, personal attacks, or vulgar slang terms to describe fellow members. If you have legitimate concerns about another member here, share them tactfully in the appropriate private forums or with staff.

Per our custom, as both parties (and a few additional persons as well) have had their say, this one is closed.
