Weekdays, mid-week, mid morning to early afternoons. As much advance notice as possible. That said, even then sometimes my schedule won't mesh. I hope that helps

How can we remember small talk or everyone we pm? Especially in your first 2 years? I HATE cleaning out my inbox but I was just forced to again today because it was full and rejecting messages for my trip today and next week. I think we need bigger inboxes so that we don't have to delete important things or ask the same people the same questions a million times, it would be easier to just search our inboxes for the answers. That being said, if it were me, I'd set up a trip using when I wanted to be there and when I wanted to do business, and where. You can't please everyone, especially not this group. What fucked set of circumstances would do that? Can't do it, please yourself and if you take a small loss fuck it, don't go back.
