Louis CK, Bill Hicks and Jim Jefferies have some of the funniest Standup moments Ive ever seen or heard.
Russell Peters is pretty funny when it comes to his observations of cultural stereotypes.
Joe Rogan is an underrated Standup too. Sure he comments UFC, hosts a show on SyFy etc but he is a geniunely funny standup.

Jim Jeffries has a hilarious show that comes on HBO on occasion. He makes me laugh till I cry.

Some others: Rodney Dangerfield, Lewis Black, Ron White, Dave Chapelle.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Jeff Dunham yet!
