Or, you could do nothing. You're body will tolerate that only so long and then zzzzzzz's. Even wakeful sleep is sleep. The chocolate milk and any milk,warm or otherwise is a source of melatonin, so supposedly should help. Hard physical exercise might help, but not within a few hours of bed as you will be too stimulated from it. Drinking alcohol to sleep--no. Liquor is actually a stimulant and the sleep associated within is largely useless to the mind. But you don't drink anyway, so it doesn't matter. Look at the bright side. If you were crazy you would sleep like a baby.
Turn the tv on and watch a movie that u have seen and know the the actors lines. I watch some of the same shows over and over and over and it clears my head and puts me to sleep. Don't forget to set the timer on the tv
