If they would just do a little research on the do's and don'ts of this hobby they could find out their mileage will increase greatly and their risks will be reduced significantly. You know, and this is coming from a self taught home attorney, who went through about seven speeding, and other road incident tickets in the course of a year or so, and came out with two points on my license for three months total.

I kind of began to like the ride.

Of course, I never faced jail time, and with the system set up to extract cash and forgive with ARD and the like, the real danger of a bust hobbying is more the embarrasment, the name in the paper, rather than the actual punishment after the conviction.

The key is, knowing what you need to know, going in, to not put yourself in a position to be arrested, because, you are then in the system, and the system is only set up to screw you, not find you innocent.
