My doctor just cut my BP med levels in half. That may help. They can interfere with the goal and too much surely can.
I did learn something from her I hadn't heard. She said that testosterone determines the drive and not the act itself. If I feel like doing it and am drawn to the idea, I'm probably ok. She did defer to my endocronologist for a 2nd opinion on testing since she is a hormone therapy specialist & I see her often.
If you haven't noticed, I love female doctors. They seem to take so much more time explaining things and listen to your concerns much more closely than most males.
