Using a phone number with anyone involved in this business that is NOT a Hobby number can be a huge mistake.

Stop and think for a moment.

Did you ever run an ad on Craigslist and use that phone number? List a car or motorcycle for sale and use that phone number? Was there a picture in the ad or the vehicle displaying the license plate?

Maybe you use your hobby email to post in a forum on any other subject? Maybe you were doing research on a purchase and went on a forum to discuss with others and not thinking used your real name or something close to it as your handle there. Maybe THAT name traces back to some real life information on you?

The moment someone has your address, the names of everyone else at that address are there's as well...... YOU may not be on facebook but perhaps a child or spouse is and THEY have photos posted....

Let's not forget the personal information harvesting machine that is Google....gmail...and all of the other Google products...They've been THE information sponge for Years!
