My first scotch was The Macallan 12 year, I can only imagine what a 25 year must taste like.It is absolutely amazing. If I ever come across it again, I will certainly buy it. It's just not that easy to get a hold of.
The last few years, my go to single malt has been The Balvenie 12 year. However, I recently bought a bottle of Tobermory 10 year (enjoying some this very moment, in fact) after it was recommended to me, and I'm very impressed; it is very smooth with a hint of dark chocolate, then has a long lasting aftertaste that isn't harsh. I will be getting another bottle for certain. Originally Posted by MagicFingers
