Well whoever it is has seen a potential opportunity and jumped in very quickly. Seperate the business into one place...and let's give it a shot. Even if they shut down in a week they will probably make some serious coin! If it's not CL and it works, then CL may have lost their opportunity to go this route. All pretty interesting stuff...from a biz perspective.

Yes but PJ...that's sort of what I'm saying..or am I misunderstanding you? Now that CL (assuming it is them) have set up a site seperate to their main site that creates a revenue supposedly in the amount of $45 million (the new site/adult ads that is) a year...don't you think they will also fight..for the same reasons as Eros? Or are you saying that the seperation has come too late? Sorry If I'm not understanding...I find this topic pretty fascinating and am interested to know what you mean. TY :-)

Edited to add: I think Eros run a much tighter ship. They are so finincky about the type of pics you can put on there..and as well as not being able to use acronyms...they also disallow smilies like :-) incase it's viewed as a "code." You have to prove who you are before you place an ad etc. Their lawyers are OTT cautious..but it's worked thus far for them..even if they can be a PITA to navigate.
