but for some reason a local mod decided that was not the case, and tried to intimidate with the erroneous application of the guidelines.
Which I called him on.. I would not have done that here if he would have had the decency to do this in private, be he decided not to.. don't know why.

I've heard like rumors about other former mods but never about Elum.. and to his credit he has never changed his handle to my knowledge, nor has he ever pulled any sneaky BS on here as far as I know. I know why he moved on from being a mod and it had nothing to do with the "Rumor" you reference..

He is a self proclaimed jackass but I think if he had done what your "Rumor" suggests, he would have taken steps to change his on board persona ...like others have.
