Jack's Forum

Just finished watching my favorite show. Here is the wonderful lineup of diverse features today:

There was a great piece by Mo Rocca on Millard Fillmore. I will post the video if it becomes available.

MO ROCCA: Millard Fillmore
The faces of some U.S. presidents -- George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt -- are carved in stone on Mt. Rushmore as a testament to their greatness. But one face you don't see there is that of Millard Fillmore. Who was he, and what do we know about him other than his unusual name? Mo Rocca takes a closer look at our little-remembered 13th President.

For more info:
But, wait. The Three Stooges are on at the same time.

Jack, you are of course thread-worthy; forgive me for even saying as much, it isn't my place. But I am greatly concerned; just like you originally suggested, you should have your own forum. Plenty of your links are compelling enough to merit pages of further discussion and debate (which you are too polite for, damn it) which will get lost if all your links are in one thread. I humbly suggest this be a thread about what a great moderator you were, and the gentleman you are now, but the links continue to be their own threads.
JC, don't worry. I appreciate this spoof by my good friend Perryay. I thank the Mods for their indulgence since this is probably inappropriate for the Coed forum. I hope it will serve as a good laugh for a day or so and then fade away.

There Jack you have your own poll too
[One more post for the good of the order before my spoof "Forum" rightfully fades away.]

We love our weekends, but our mood on Sunday usually shifts as the day progresses and the reality of having to go back to work on Monday begins to sink in.

Now, I don't hate my job. In fact, I quite like it (most of the time). Nevertheless, the end of the personal freedom that the weekend brings is never welcomed. That is why, whenever possible, I like to schedule a hobby appointment on a Monday. This allows me to think of Monday with a totally different light.

Tomorrow is one of those Mondays with something in addition to work for me to look forward to!
