...My complaint is differing prices. There are often price differences between the two sites. (discounts on one site but not the other; ads not mentioning the discount -summary by pmd) ...
It is a little disapointing to discover the special after the visit because you booked throught the other site. It is not good business in my opinion to loose a client after such an incident. The client will often say nothing but will not return. Most folks want the best available offer.

i think most would agree that most service providers want the most revenue.
thus, they wont always mention discounts in every place they advertise.
happens all the time.
so, it's up to the client/customer to find the best deal around and avail themselves of it.
in my opinion [i know, it's worthless, but what the hell...]
if the client decides not to visit or return cos they felt they didnt get the
best rate [whatever they think that means], that's on the client and not on the provider.
kinda of like buyer's remorse.
or toyota or honda or chevy coming out w/ 0.0% interest the month after you bought your car. you know someone knew that deal was coming out.
or hotwire.com and priceline.com and regular hotel website.
We are not suppose to have higher rates on P411.

seriously, it seems to me i've seen a woman have higher rates on p411 than elsewhere. and the reverse.
guess i will never, and i mean NEVER, understand provider and mgmt logic on fees / locations / screenings / bookings / business models .....
i'll just love them for who they are
