A very fine post here by DEAR_JOHN. No, that site is nowhere near the old ASPD site and never will be. But, they served us well for alot of years and I am deeply indebted for all that I learned and reaped there. Originally Posted by bbkid

No one liked the way the P left and whatever happens it doesn't hurt to honor the memory of the place where so many of us got started. I feel the same way about ymmv it couldn't have left on worse terms, gives me the sads years later. This is a cool site, loving it does not require hating others.

You are right, it is best just to delete them and move on. Then I come on here and find some new love fest posting about the new P.

There is no new P. How about we all move on. No more hate rants, but no more love poems and odes either.

The P is gone. ECCIE is here for most, and that other site by other people is there for some.

When ERAPS first went public, I was glad to see (and still am glad) that we can find our old posts and PMs there, and try to do a search (the search still wasn't working very well, the last time I tried, but it did pull up some posts and threads) in the old ASPD data base. I didn't like the idea of being asked to pay for BCD during the period for which I had prepaid at ASPD, thus paying twice. So I wrote some reviews and am temporarily on BCD that way. However, at least for spas, there don't seem to be very many new reviews or posts. I thought most of the old ASPD people would go back there right away, but they seem to be here instead. I find myself spending 90% of my board time on ECCIE, with just a quick check of ERAPS for anything new (not much). I hope that they get enough activity to keep that board running.

I'm just mad that I'm banned......and can't log on and pick on SOH.

I share the same feelings, not sure how ERAPS is working out for other cities but for Houston, as of this morning, there have been no new indies reviews posted in 2 weeks and no new agency reviews posted all month.
