.223 Remington, also known as the 5.56mm N.A.T.O.
hunting uses, varmint rifle that can be used on deer. mmmm a sweet woodchuck gun.

It was also stated by the news sister was packing the .38 with her as afraid of her brother.

mmmm she could not get a guy that spent 18 years in prison for murder on a mental health that would stick I bet. If she did it will never come out in the news.

used a Bushmaster semiautomatic rifle, the same kind of weapon used in the assault on Sandy Hook Elementary School, Webster Police Chief Gerald Pickering said.
"He was equipped to go to war," Chief Pickering said.

“Anything less than .30 caliber isn’t a real hunting round.”
“If you use it, you better make sure your shot placement is perfect.”
and it goes on. from http://blog.hsoi.com/2009/12/11/223-...n-for-hunting/

looking around military and police seem to have the problem with the .223 and 5.56mm N.A.T.O.
but are stuck with it for some silly reason.

he was out for 12 years never an issue apparently after the mother died a year ago he wasnt the same according to neighbors.
this is why u should never let a killer out of prison, u kill once ur done, death penalty or ur in for life.

what do you think other he could say.

if it was 3 .22's he would have said the same

I think his known mental state was the problem, not the guns.

As a convicted felon, Spengler had no legal right to possess guns so cops want to trace those weapons.

But as he was, no matter 2 months or a year after ma died. if it was known problem, why was nothing done?????

I also thinking on the L(prohibited topic)D making being more time than killing his grandmother with a hammer. Its said to be his thoughts, yet can that be ture.

edit: as in, more time for making prohibited topic than murder. That seems strange if he was right and if that is really something he said once. I heard it was said soon after out.
I'm sorry, but the mother should have had her guns locked up. She had an unstable boy, I mean man in her house. Of course no one believes your family members are capable of doing such a horrific thing, but if I was that mother, I would have had all knives and guns locked up, even if to prevent him from hurting himself. But she didn't. She was lax and irresponsible, IMO.
