Last night Jose was following Irma's tracking and giving those poor souls another dose of some Cat 3 on top of the Cat 5 blow they just suffered. Barbuda was 95% uninhabitable after Irma so now the other 5% is gone and they didn't even know Jose was coming because they had no power or communication (to the knowledge of the outside world*).
