And as of July a dozen eggs on average is $3.77.

Trump wins again!

$2.50 as of Jan 2024. Currently prices are still higher on abg than when he abd JV began whining.

Partial progress is nice. He's still got work to do.
No actually the mission has been accomplished.

Egg prices are lower today vs when Trump took office in Jan 2025.

Not even debatable at this point. Bluesky is calling some of you back to the echo chamber.

But you can keep moving the goalposts. Par for the course.

We got lucky locally, as there was an avian flu outbreak iin commercial flocks recently, but it wasn't in layers.

Thousands of game birds in Lancaster. Which means the virus is still prevalent, even if testing is waning. Hope we don't see resurgence as we approach migratory season or eggs will shoot up quickly

The latest USDA Egg Markets Overview indicates that wholesale egg prices actually went up in the most recent week. I know some folks love wholesaler data so figured I'd mention it

Local GE report.

Hillsdale Farms Large Grade A increased to $4.29 per dozen.

EB stayed at $5.49 per dozen again.

That increase from $3.99 to $4.29 is an interesting reversal
