Personally I am upset with the cold weather. I thought Texas was sunny and warm all year long? I really enjoyed being able to wear flip flops and my bright neon Hawaiian shirts all the way up until just a few weeks ago.

I am enjoying, in no particular order:

* Steamed vanilla milk with whip cream and sprinkles from Starbucks
* Homemade chocolate chip cookies
* Homemade Guinness Stew. Nothing like having the house filled with the smell of slow cooked beef, potatoes & carrots all day.
* Homemade mac n' cheese with 3 types of cheeses, tom sauce, onions & peppers

Each meal leads to an inch increase on my waist line. This is not going to go well with my desire to visit Hippie Hollow since I keep hearing about that place.....

Muang Thai - http://www.muangthaithaicuisine.com/menu.html - is up there. Order one of the specials and tell the waitress 'pet mak' for a life-changing experience. ;-)
