Florida is by far the key state for Trump. Assuming Trump does not win Minnesota or any other state Clinton won in 2016, if Trump loses Florida then Biden has to win on other key state -- Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, NC, Ohio. that is possible for state wide races, however, not the case for congressional races. repubs might flip maybe 2. a majority of the congressional races were swept clean of republicans, so much of it is D vs D in this contest.

Biden is running in 2020, not HRC. IF Biden/Harris flip Florida and win one other battleground state like Mich or Penn or Wisc Biden/Harris get 270 electoral college votes and Trump/Pence go home.
