The whole birther thing is basically a smokescreen in my opinion. Whether Obama is or is not a "natural-born US citizen" is pretty irrelevant at this time. The damage has been done and more continues to be done. Its not like we can revert back to January 20, 2009 and have a "do-over" of everything that has been done (Interesting concept though).

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.
