I personally despise Donald Trump and I’m not too fond of Mitch McConnell either but I don’t think that they or Republicans in general are purposely trying to destroy America.

This thread has been up a couple of days and of all the replys, including those who can't follow simple directions and post totally about harris and not about Trump, this is the one I agree with the most.


It's totally amazing how some people here hate America so bad they would rather vote for one the most far left and progressive senators in history, than vote for America first. Yes, TDS is rampant here from a few members and they would rather put up with another 4 years of this crap, than vote for Trump. I question those who see harris trying to fix up 3 3/4 years of their crap whether they have any memory or not. I question those who love harris and watch their grocery bills to keep going up, and they have less money due to the tax increases that are sure to come along with more inflation. I question those who have seen how she's changed on her opinions, only to get votes, then after inauguration, she goes back on her election promises. I question those who want men in women's sports. Irony a harris supporter has a college age daughter lose a championship to a shemale. I question those eunuchs who would stand by when a male followed a female family member into the ladies room. I question those who think the DOJ is a square deal and on the level. I question those who will accept another few million illegal aliens invading our country. There are more questions, but this is all for now.

The question is why we should respond at all. The amount of hatred radiating off this thread is quite palpable.

I’ll try to answer your question but contrasting the two candidates is the usual approach when deciding on your candidate.

In my case here are some of the things that I like about Harris.

1: She’s a lawyer and lawyers tend to view their jobs with that in mind. A chief executive that follows the law is better than one who doesn’t.

2: She’s a bad liar. I like it when it’s better for our leaders to tell the truth.

3: She’s not a Washington insider.

4: She’s a believer in NATO and the current world order.

5: As a woman of color she has a real understanding of both racism and sexism.

6: She listens to experts and usually understands what they are talking about.

7: She’s in good health both physically and mentally.

8: At 59 years of age she is not yet a senior citizen.

9: She believes in science.
