One should understand the distinction between "legal advice" and "legal opinions" before attempting to criticize a poster for doing either one.

As for an "increased post" count ... most those "counts" have been "EARNED" responding to disrespectful, uninformed, meaningless remarks by persons who lack any substantial substance in the way of knowledge about the topic who cast aspersions in an effort to dissuade someone who is knowledgeable from continuing the discussion. It works on folks who have insecurities about that which they write and speak, and it's normally used by those who do have insecurities.

The outcome of most interactions with L.E. is determined by your common sense, attitude & demeanor regardless of the circumstances or "hard facts". Sure there are some "by the book" types & very few are straight up dicks, as long as you don't come at them with any "sovereign citizen" type of b.s. things usually go fine.
