I agree with LA Crew. It would be fun to have a reasonable discussion of these issues, but it always degenerates to name calling. Unfortunately, the ones who should be discussing issues intelligently (the candidates) do the same thing.

The Teabaggers were wearing tea bags (or dressed as a giant tea bag in one case) IN PUBLIC. Don't blame me. Blame them. I just found the pictures on the internetz. I also found the MySpace page for a guy that calls himself Dirty Dog on the internetz. The fact that he wrote the gay porn stuff was just too funny not to share. I found all of this stuff using a device called The Google. I used magick and wizardry (and my keyboard) to COPY & PASTE what I discovered.

Back on topic. I know many liberals think the Tea Party is a joke and will help the Republicans crash and burn in the Nov elections. You may be right, but I doubt it. I think people are finally fed up with the BS coming out of Washington and something will be done about it. And the Tea Party will lead that movement.

Longermonger, I suggested that the thread hijacking stop...and you did nothing but accelerate that activity. I'm going to pollute the thread a little bit more with some excerpts from the Forum Guidelines tab:

When DD gets embarrassed he gets nasty, lies, and calls in JS42 for backup. Then they cry that the big, bad liberal guy is being mean to them and making them cry...and they're just innocent little angels that never did anything wrong. (They act like little girls if you ask me.). Anyway, it's just an act to try to get a mod to give me points.

Kind of like me talking about gay sex, I have no experience so I have to defer to the above named individuals. They don't know that TEA parties have been attended by people of color (all colors), young and old, men and women, republican, democrat, and independents. The TEA parties (in my opinion) best represent the center of thought in the country since the bombing of Pearl Harbor. We know what we stand for and you don't. So have your laugh now, we will laugh in November as we watch the departing incumbents try to openly disrupt the country and line their pockets. We will all watch them.
