So we have still photos of someone who looks like the victim (who is huge) robbing someone by grabbing them by the neck. We also have photos of the victim flashing gang signs. Like Trayvon Martin this changes the narrative considerably. We still don't know who did what or why but the story is more complete. Don Lemon of CNN admitted that they had heard of or had seen the photos but they didn't advance the story that CNN wanted to tell.

This sure makes the police officers version of events look more likely, at least the earlier part.

That said, if the officer shot him in the back or when the kids hands were up....then there is no excuse for that. Thank God it ain't some Zimmerman like wanna be Cop.

I just read the latest on MSN, the Policehave identified the shooting victim by way of video cameras as the two bit thug punk who strong armed an elderly store manager, all for a box of smokes.

Didn't we hear testimony in the Zimmerman trial about one of the rights of passage in the Black Community among young black men is to do "beat downs" on citizens.

This young, clean cut 18 year old who was "off to college" will turn out to be another two bit thug punk who finally did his " beat down" on the wrong person, an armed cop.

First off, this was another black thug who got what he deserved. You NEVER go after a cop's weapon. That is a death wish. To be fair, the idiot race car driver who got out of his car and tried to confront Tony Stewart while Tony Stewart was driving a 2,000 pound sprint car got what he deserved as well. There's no cure for stupid.

As for social disobedience, there is a time and a place for it. Also, it doesn't take the form of tossing bricks off a bridge onto an interstate. Those fools should have been shot on the spot.
