I don't know about the first 10 minutes but I have lots of ladies ask me to stay and have had breakfast, lunch, dinner OTC with many of them. But then I treat ladies as ladies NOT hookers. That might have something to do with it.

Then there are the high volume, drugged up man haters that are in it for the money that will fuck you over EVERY chance they get. Doesn't take long to figure out who they are! And if you do something nice for them they simply thinck you're a fool and pulled one over on you. Sad actually.

I seldom schedule less than a hour and I damn make sure I'm gone in an hour.
