I will ask the OP this, how much of the drama you experience here is a result of your own actions and behavior, and therefore somewhat self inflicted, and can likely be avoided. People can be mean spirited and jerks in everyday life, so considering people on this board enjoy benefit of often being anonymous, I think overall behavior isn't that bad.
