Price should scale with offering because there are plenty of beautiful non PT women out there with limited menus at $160. i.e. Jessica22... Beautiful face, stellar figure, not a clock watcher but limited kissing.
I just met my new ATF in VA. No upcharging,beautiful, open menu, safe... The experience was so good that I nearly doubled her rate.
IMHO rates should hover between $150 - $250 and scale with offerings.

Providers can ignore these and become a short-term business only, a flash-in-pan, grab & go mode. That too is a legitimate ploy, and there is no reason to not be upfront about it. For such, pricing is the only aspect, and price vs. volume and target audience are the only metrics that count. There is no question of enduring loyalties to any values, and ultimately, not even ot oneself, owing to this terrible shortsightedness!! That is the BP mode, n matter what the price/hour, even 10K as we saw in the Spitzer case. Money is evanescent in the sense that what comes easily rarely endures.
Then there is the courtesan or even the sacred hetaerae mode, where relationships and enduring loyalties are cultivated. It all depends on the type of soul one is endowed with, perhaps, or how one chooses to express the potential one is gifted with?
