I think we've let her words completely change the topic of the thread. I'm pretty sure, just like most of us ladies here, that she has come to terms with what she is in your eyes. Sometimes, it feels good to meet someone who doesn't seem to see you as 'that'. I can see any girl letting her guard down for a seemingly caring person.
You know, it sounds like she was equally judged and let down today by someone she thought she could trust. No matter how she expresses herself, it seemed as she went outside of normal 'protocol' and tried to see value in a friendship by being honest, and was let down. This speaks to the nature of humanity, and not just hooker/john relationships and encounters.
Slim, it's rare to build true friendships with your clients. It takes time, and the only advice I can give you is work towards a better you that you don't have to be ashamed of or judged for.
