#1) When in the Buffalo area, they're just called "wings". Not Buffalo wings.
#2) Blue cheese comes with wings. Not ranch.

This comment, like the first, also screams "ya ain't from Buffalo"!! EVERY order of wings (yeah, wings, not Buffalo wings) that I've ever had IN THE BUFFALO AREA comes with celery and blue cheese. Duff's also has some of the best wings in the Buffalo area.
