The fisting and pissing vids you'll find are European and amateur vids but you're right it's not illegal to do in the US per se. Mainstream American porn companies won't do it because of local obscenity laws which have been used to shut down porn companies and put pornographers in jail, Max Hardcore being a perfect example. He used to shoot two versions of his movies. The European versions featured fisting and watersports but those scenes were not in the US and he was still convicted of obscenity because his movies were over the top rough and it's fairly easy to find a jury of 12 people to agree that certain acts are obscene.

Try logging on to a Brazzers Live show and request fisting and watersports and see how quickly you get banned. Your favorite American pornstars are all into that stuff and have filmed it but it will never be released in the mainstream because some puritan DA in Bumfuck, Alabama is just waiting to go after them.

Reminds me of a story from way back. Younger cousin of mine was on a football recruiting trip. Said school did what they always do, rolled out the red carpet, food, drink, girls. Ends up getting drunk at a party, goes back to a dorm room with a girl. This wily experienced college girl gets about to asking for more, more, more...fisting is involved. The morning entailed a trip to the ED/Campus Health dept because of bloody southern concerns...
