In many cases, I think it simply boils down to people being unable to keep their mouths shut. Some people have enough self-restraint to keep secrets, and some don't.

Of course, if you have a twitter account, instagram, or other social media where you discuss your hobby, somebody with a big mouth is eventually going to find it and recognize you even if your face is never shown.

The reason is because escorts are not welcome in the swinging environment. Although I don't know any who have, there is fear that they will use it as a means to find clients and make money. Like I said, most I know have done it in their PERSONAL lives, I did waaaayyyy before I ever escorted.
