I am beginning to wonder if I am eligible for the discount I have so graciously been willing to step up to the plate for.

Personally, once I see the word confirmed I assume we are confirmed unless I hear from you otherwise. Respect goes both ways here and he seems a little quick to judge. My mantra is "always assume positive intent" until I'm proven wrong. Then assume negative. You have him no reason to assume negative. Trying to change a confirmed appt without a response means you didn't see the message. Again, positive intent.
