She didn't ask me for any contact information on you such as a phone number or email address which us ladies usually require to ensure that we are giving the proper reference for the proper person …. She also did not ask me any verifying information about myself to see if I was a legit provider that she was giving information to …. another huge red flag. A reference is only as good as the provider that it comes from.
