I think the style of incall one offers might be partly based on the type of clients the provider wishes to attract. An incall utilized solely by one lady and decorated to her taste might appeal more to gentlemen desiring a true GFE with a great IOP and/or those who prefer multi-hour appointments in comfort and privacy, while a shared incall geared to practicality and the presence of others would probably not be minded by those wanting PSE and/or short appointments.

An apartment in-call location that is not the provider's residence is great from my perspective as a hobbyist. I don't need to be aware of dishes in the sink, a clothes hamper in the bathroom or any hint of a cat litter box.

That another provider shares it is OK, but intersction should be minimal. If they don't live there they can schedule sessions that do not overlap. One or the other can plan on being out of the way when the other has company . This arrangement will also facilitate double sessions or some sort of party (strip-poker?).

The right room layout would be a sort of suite with bedrooms separated by the living/dining/kitchen common areas.

(like not Telephone Road!). "Galleria Area" or "Wes chase" seem nice tome, and there seem to be plenty of apartments.

If you don't actually live there it should be easy to move to another place as often as something that would work better opens up.

A few years ago I had a NURU session with Thai Monica (she goes by something else now). Her in-call was an apartment complex just a block off Westheimer east of Hillcroft. She buzzed me through the gate and opened her garage as I drove up. As soon as I was parked in her garage the door came down. Can't be much more convenient or private than that.
