To start off with I would say between 3 to 5 guy's max and anywhere between 90min to 2hrs max to start of with for the first time. But, you gotta lay down the do's and dont's

You should get double the amount of guys who you really want to see. In other words. if you want 6 guys, then get 12 to confirm. I don't think that I ever been to one where more than half showed up who said they were. And if they all show up, then you'll have ONE heck of a party!!!
